As this is a prohibition law, the authority closely monitors the activities. Of course, brothels work without alcohol, but selling liquor stimulates business. It is surprisingly difficult to get customers to the nightclub if there is no stronger water behind the bar counter. This is, of course, particularly necessary, especially in challenging battles, and allows unnecessary and small brawls to be stopped in an instant.Īt the heart of the business are distilleries. The number one rogue I played had the ability to empty a handgun magazine into all the bandits nearby, while, of course, brutally laughing. At the top of the thugs are a boss, each with their own characteristics. This will be achieved by setting up illegal distilleries, nightclubs, brothels and casinos, as well as destroying other criminal organizations. The Empire of Blue sets out to conquer different parts of Chicago – with the goal of taking over the entire city. One of the most famous characters in the underworld was At the “Scarface” Caponewhich is a playable character Empire of Sinissä, and the game also features other real-world gangsters. Drunkenness moved into an underworld run by many different criminal gangs. The Prohibition Act assumed that many things would calm down, but the situation was completely different. Made for a more interesting fight, but probably has nothing to do with the resolution here. The Empire of Sin, set in the past in Chicago, evokes a working gangster feel, while the buggy release tries to ruin the gaming enjoyment.Īvailable: PC (tested), Mac, PlayStation 4, Xbox One & Nintendo Switchġ920s Chicago was a dangerous place. * This probably isn't relevant, but I tried this with ONLY the boss in my party, as I'd been experimenting with theories that party size or somesuch had an effect. I think the key may be NOT to return to your safe house via "fast travel." Instead, walk to your ambush. UPDATE: Playing a second game, I had the same problem, and it didn't work. But I think the game wants/expects you to do that, and gets bugged if you go directly to the safehouse.Īnother contributing problem is that sometimes your "active mission" changes to some unrelated mission once you complete a step, so you may not see an "interaction" icon above Rosie's head, which would encourage the player to stay out in the street. I think the problem is that after the fight, it seems logical in terms of story to just go directly into the safehouse, THEN talk to Rosie, as opposed to chatting with her in the middle of the street next to a bunch of corpses. Amusingly, she actually walked off in an entirely different direction, but the mission was complete. Then, outside the Safehouse, I was able to talk to Rosie, and she basically says thanks, I'll go in your safehouse now. This time, I escorted her and fought the bad guys off*. Rosie followed, but I couldn't interact with her, so I was stuck.Īfter trial and error, I finally reloaded a save from when I was in, just before the "escort" part. I killed them, then went into the Safehouse. When you escort Rosie from to your Safehouse, you encounter the enemy outside your front door. Here's what happened and what worked for me as a fix: Hoping this will help others who got stuck on this.
